Can your letters, emails and automated calls be customized? 

MTS offers various service levels designed to meet your needs. You have the option of using our highly-trained customer support to engage directly with your customers, or your team can personally assist your customers with backup from our customer service team. We provide different service levels tailored to suit your specific requirements.

Who do my customers call if they have processing questions?
What payments can I accept? 

EFTs, Mastercard, Visa, Amex credit cards are all welcome.

Can I use your software on different devices?

Currently, our software is mobile friendly and we are continuously upgrading to meet the growing demands for mobile accessibility.

How long does it take for funds to be deposited into my account?

EFTs or bank-processed transactions are submitted for same-day deposits. You will receive it either the same day or the next business day, depending on who you bank with. Credit card transactions are processed directly through your own merchant account and will be deposited according to the agreement with your merchant account provider. Typically credit card deposits are received within 1-2 business days of being processed.

MTS has created an proprietary recovery process that has demonstrated success which automates tasks typically performed by your administrators.
